🔧 Service Update
Yesterday, we experienced intermittent system issues lasting approximately two hours before 11:30am. During this period, some users may have encountered temporary delays.
✅ All systems have since been fully restored and are operating normally.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
📧 Microsoft Email Verification Notice
Users with Microsoft email addresses (Outlook, Hotmail, Live) may have experienced issues receiving email verification codes. As of January 16, our email provider Sendgrid has been flagged by Microsoft’s filtering systems, which can prevent delivery in some cases.
✨ New Workflow Enhancement
To reduce disruption, we’ve released an update to the verification workflow:
For Microsoft email users, a “Skip Email Verification” option now appears after 10 seconds
This option allows users to continue the workflow if the one-time PIN is not received

🚀 What’s Next
We are actively transitioning to a new email provider to permanently resolve this issue and improve overall email deliverability.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any questions or encounter further issues, please don’t hesitate to contact our team at support@eezeverify.com.

We’ve been hard at work making the EEZE platform even faster and more intuitive for you and your customers. We’re excited to share a few key updates designed to speed up your onboarding process and improve data accuracy.
Here is what’s new:
⚡ Faster Onboarding: Skip Email Verification
To help you get customers through the door faster, we’ve added a new workflow toggle: Skip Email Verification. If your specific process doesn't require a confirmed email loop, you can now turn this off in your workflow settings to remove a step from the customer journey.

📍 Improved Location Accuracy
We’ve upgraded how we verify customer locations. Previously, the app relied on IP addresses, which can sometimes be inaccurate because they point to an ISP routing hub rather than the customer's actual device location.

Now, the app will request device location permission as the first step. This provides much higher precision. If a customer chooses to refuse the request, the system will automatically default back to the IP address as a backup.
📊 Enhanced Verifications Table & Legend
Managing your customer list is now easier than ever. We’ve streamlined the Verifications Table and added a Legend at the bottom to help you quickly identify status icons and flags at a glance.
Pro-tip: Need to review a customer’s Custom Consent form? You can now view it instantly by clicking the ellipsis (three dots) button on the far right of any entry.

We are committed to making EEZE the most effective tool for your business. Stay tuned for more refinements coming your way soon!
